My focus is in correcting the inefficiencies in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Specifically, addressing optimization, operational and preventive maintenance of those systems. According to the EPA, 30 plus percent of the energy supplied to a commercial facility is wasted due to inefficiencies. This is one of the least expensive options to improve energy efficiency. Dave has 40 years' experience in Commercial Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Strategies, Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), General Contracting and Engineering design.  Accredited LEED Green Associate, Certified Commercial Energy Auditor, Energy Efficiency Engineering, Master Plumber, Member USGBC, ASHRAE, NESEA, NESI.
